Welded wire mesh "CD Mesh"
By reducing the number of horizontal and vertical lines, the weight per sheet becomes lighter!
The "CD Mesh" is a welded wire mesh made using deformed steel wire (JIS G 3532) with ribs attached at room temperature to soft steel wire (JIS G 3505). When this product is used in synthetic slabs, it has been confirmed to meet the criteria for a 2-hour fire resistance performance standard. *Reference: Fire resistance performance test and business method document 4.1 Fire resistance performance test and evaluation method. By reducing the number of horizontal and vertical wires, the weight per sheet is lighter, and because it uses deformed steel wire, adhesion to concrete is improved. 【Features】 ■ The number of horizontal and vertical wires can be reduced, resulting in a lighter weight per sheet. ■ Improved adhesion to concrete due to the use of deformed steel wire. ■ The extension bars and additional bars at the protruding parts allow for secure joint anchoring, reducing the overlap of the mesh and minimizing the required quantity. ■ Eliminating the need for four layers ensures sufficient cover thickness. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
